Deduction of points: In the event of a product return or order cancellation that resulted in the acquisition of points, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from your balance. If your points balance becomes negative, you will need to bring it back to zero or a positive balance through new purchases in order to acquire new benefits.
Validity of the voucher: If the cancellation or return of an order causes your balance to fall below an allocation threshold (for example, if you go from 350 to 50 points) and a voucher has been issued for that threshold (the 300 point voucher in this example), this credit will become invalid and can no longer be used.
