Only some of our products are eligible for delivery at a delivery point.
The carrier is obliged to present the parcel at the place of residence in the first instance.
If you are absent, the parcel can be handed over to the relay point closest to the delivery address, so that you can retrieve it easily. The carrier will notify you of the address of the relay point.
It is also possible to contact GLS prior to delivery and change the delivery date or choose delivery at a parcel shop. You can to this via the tracking page or via de link in the e-mail that you'll receive from GLS about the delivery time.
