I want to return my parcel but I no longer have the packaging

You can use your right of withdrawal and return your item within 30 days after delivery in neutral packaging if you no longer have the original packaging in your possession. However, if the item arrives damaged we will have to charge a fee for the damage (maximum 30% of the product value).
