Legal Warranty of Conformity
The legal warranty of conformity covers any manufacturing or functional defect of the product upon receipt.
Examples:

Missing part(s)

Defective drilling

Wrong product received
-
Damage caused during transport

Malfunction under normal use (in compliance with instructions for use, maintenance, and storage)
The warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage resulting from assembly errors or failure to follow the product’s usage conditions.

Damage from intensive or professional use.

Damage from use that does not comply with technical specifications or usage instructions (including failure to follow usage, maintenance, storage, and protection guidelines, or lack of supervision).

Damage due to abrasive or inappropriate cleaning products.

Modifications, interventions, or repairs made to the product without prior consent from the seller.

Deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear based on the nature, function, composition, and price of the product.

Damage caused by external factors such as impact, negligence, fire, flooding, vandalism, natural disasters, snow, hail, bad weather, etc. In such cases, we invite you to contact your insurance.

Fading caused by natural or artificial light.

Appearance of rust or corrosion.

Premature fading or corrosion due to use near the coast (within 20 km) or in areas with high heatwave risk.

Damage to wear parts or sensitive parts not reported upon receipt (inflatable elements, glass parts, moving parts, friction parts, protection or fall-prevention elements).

Stitching defects or tears not reported upon product reception.
To open an after-sales service (SAV) claim, we need visual evidence of the issue. Please contact us via our contact form.
Please keep the entire product and packaging if the issue is noticed upon delivery.
Our after-sales policy aims to replace the affected part(s) so that you can enjoy your purchase with us as soon as possible.
