Are you looking for a compatible part, waiting for an item to come back in stock, or do you have a technical question about an item ? Here are some useful tips before contacting us.

1. Check compatibility (parts & accessories)
Before ordering a spare part or accessory (cover, canvas, etc.), it is essential to check that it will fit your furniture perfectly.

• Where can you find this information ? Compatibility is indicated directly in the product description, often at the bottom of the page or in the "Additional information" section.
• Brand compatibility : our sweeek (formerly Alice's Garden) spare parts and accessories are designed to be compatible only with our brand's products and the specific models listed.

2. Is the product out of stock ?
As our ranges are seasonal, deliveries arrive in waves.

• Be notified when the product is back in stock : If the product is unavailable, enter your email address in the "Coming soon?" or "Notify me" field on the product page. You will receive an email as soon as it is available.
• Pre-orders : Some products are available for "Pre-order". You can purchase them to reserve them, but delivery times will be longer (the date is indicated on the product page).

3. Do you have a technical question about a product ?
Would you like to know the exact dimensions, material or assembly details ? The answer is probably right in front of you !
