How can I get spare parts?

Some items can be purchased directly from our website.
Examples: Quartz tubes, trampoline accessories, cushion covers...

If this is not the case, you can call on our after-sales service for a quote (subject to availability of the parts in question):

Provide us with the following information: 

• your order number
• your name and surname,
• the product concerned (product reference)
• the quantity and references of the needed parts.
