• your order number, 
• your first and last name,
• the product concerned
• the quantities and references of the affected parts 
• photos of the product and the boxes

Please note that in order to identify the problem, we absolutely need photos of the broken products and videos in case of a breakdown.

We will also need photos of the boxes in order to see their condition as well as photos of the labels attached to the box.
