Bank payment failure :
- If the transaction is declined, we advise you to contact your bank to check your limits.
- If the order appears as "Awaiting payment" in your account, you can try again to pay directly from your customer area.
Promo code not working, check the following points :
- Are you logged into your account ?
- Has the expiry date passed ?
- Have the conditions been met (minimum amount, excluding promotions, etc.) ?
- Have you entered the code correctly (without spaces) ?
