Bank payment failure :

• If the transaction is declined, we advise you to contact your bank to check your limits.
• If the order appears as "Awaiting payment" in your account, you can try again to pay directly from your customer area.

Promo code not working, check the following points :

• Are you logged into your account ?
• Has the expiry date passed ?
• Have the conditions been met (minimum amount, excluding promotions, etc.) ?
• Have you entered the code correctly (without spaces) ?
