Using promotional codes and credit notes

*Promotional code*
To deduct a discount from your order :

1. Log in to your sweeek account.
2. In your basket, locate the "Add a promotional code/gift card" field.
3. Enter your code without spaces and confirm.

*Newsletter code*
If your code does not work, check the following :

• Are you logged into the account linked to the email address you registered with ?
• Does your basket contain the minimum required amount ?
• Have you copied the code without spaces or quotation marks ?

*Credit*
Credit is a payment method linked to your customer account :

1. Log in and confirm your basket.
2. At the payment stage, tick the box "Use my credit of £XX".

Good to know : Credit can be split. If the amount of your order is less than your credit, the balance will remain available for a future purchase.
