Order cancellation or modification

You may request cancellation of an item or the entire order as long as it has not yet been prepared by our warehouse.

The online procedure :

1. Log in to your account, under the "My Orders" section.
2. Locate the order in question.
3. Click on the "Cancel order for this product" button.
4. Select the reason and confirm.

If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

If the cancellation button is no longer available : this means that your order is already being prepared or shipped. Online cancellation is not possible.

• You can refuse delivery, but please note : that return costs will be deducted from your refund.
• The amount of these costs is detailed in our Terms and Conditions (Article 5).
