Before dispatch : You can change the delivery address directly in your customer account, under "My orders", as long as preparation has not yet begun.
After dispatch (or if online changes are blocked) : Contact our customer service department as soon as possible to try to intercept the parcel :
- By telephone : +44 20 3807 7216 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.).
- Via the contact form.
Please note : If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address (undeliverable), the return costs will be deducted from the final refund.
