Return policy

Changed your mind ? You have 15 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return conditions : The product must be returned new, unassembled and in its original packaging.

Who pays the return costs ? In the event of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return costs.

You have two options :

Option 1 : We organise the return

• We instruct our carrier to collect the parcel from your home.
• The return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund.
• To find out the exact cost per product, please refer to the price list in Article 5 of our general terms and conditions of sale. 

Option 2 : You organise the return yourself

• You choose the carrier of your choice and pay the costs directly to them.
• Please note : Returns to a collection point are not possible. The parcel must be delivered directly to our warehouse at the following address :

In the event of refusal of delivery : if you have refused delivery of the parcel because you have changed your mind (withdrawal), the return costs will also be deducted from your final refund according to the same price list, which you will find in Article 5 of our general terms and conditions of sale.
