Return of compressed products

At receipt of your order, your product will be delivered compressed. Once unpacked, this type of product return to their original shape and can no longer fit in their original packaging.

Here are the steps to follow to return them to us:

• Neatly pack the product in a suitable replacement cardboard box or in a highly resistant plastic cover
• Make sure that the product is perfectly protected for transit
• Our usual return conditions stay unchanged, only the exigence of the original packaging is adapted for these products.
