I need help with the carrier
- How do I contact a carrier?
- I have not yet been contacted to schedule an appointment.
- If nobody is home to receive the delivery, what will happen?
- Can I authorise the carrier to leave the package at an agreed location is I'm not present for delivery?
- The carrier did not honour the delivery promise, what can I do?
- I paid for specific delivery service but they arrived late
- I have contacted the carrier and they have informed me that the package is lost/broken.
