My order has already been shipped
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change your address. The parcel will have already been picked up at the warehouse and will already be on its way to you.
To avoid an unnecessary return of the order and possible additional costs for re-delivery, we kindly ask you to arrange that someone is present for the delivery at the initial address. If this is not at all possible you will have to wait until the order has been returned to us before we can ship it again.
We also advise you to contact the carrier directly, as it might be possible to have the order delivered at a delivery point.
