Please go to your Alice's Garden account. From there you can cancel your order. The information will be transmitted to us automatically and you will receive the refund within a few days after your cancellation request. 

I have already received my shipping confirmation

We are sorry, your order is already in the hands of the carrier and we cannot cancel it.

Once you have received the product, you can use your right of withdrawal and return the product to us. 

You can return it with a carrier of your choice. 

However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
