Here are the steps to follow so that our after-sales service can process your request efficiently.
Prepare your claim file
In order to analyse the source of the problem and provide you with the appropriate technical solution, our experts need specific information. Before contacting us, please gather the following information :
- Clear photos or videos : Take wide shots to show the location of the problem on the product, and close-ups that clearly show the technical defect (broken weld, loose stitching, misaligned hole).
- Identifying parts : Have your assembly instructions to hand. Note down the exact reference (often a letter or number) and the quantity of the parts concerned. This is essential so that we can identify and send you the right spare parts first time.
- Batch number (ORDER) : If you have kept the packaging, take a photo of the ORDER number, as this number is essential for tracing the production batch.

What solution will be provided ?
Upon receipt of your complete file, our technical team will review your request under the warranty.
We prioritise bringing the product into compliance. If the defect is confirmed and the part is replaceable, we will send you the new spare parts required for the repair free of charge. If repair is not possible, we will consider replacing the product.
