If the part you are looking for is not sold directly online, Customer service team can check its availability in our spare parts stock and provide you with a quote.

Your original order number or a photo of your invoice. Your full contact details (surname, first name and postal address). The name of the product concerned. The exact part numbers and quantities of the parts required.

Where can I find the part numbers ?

It's very simple. Take the assembly instructions for your product. On the first few pages, you will find a list of contents (the parts list). Each part is identified by a specific letter or number. This is the reference number you need to provide us with to avoid any errors.
