Difficulty aligning my product during assembly

To correctly assemble the sun-loungers, the screws mustn't be too tight on one side, as this will make it harder to screw the other side together.
To avoid this, you must tighten the screw slightly on one side and then on the other side, until the seat is even and completely assembled. You can then fully tighten the screws on both sides.

The wooden frame is cracking

It's possible that after the first few uses of this type of furniture, some cracks appear. This is a normal result of this type of wood: as it is a living material, its appearance can change.
However, this does not affect the quality or sturdiness of your sunbeds or deckchairs. It's also very unlikely that these cracks continue to spread over time. The exception to this is if the cracks appear near to, or around the fixings.
