Our assembly advice:
Location, location, location!
Make sure to choose:
- An outdoor, flat, soft surface (no concrete, gravel, tiles etc.)
- Enough space around the trampoline: 2m around on all sides.
- An area with no obstacles (fences, walls, pool, swing, slide).
Best practice
1. Check the parts list in the instruction manual to make sure that you have all the parts you need.
2. We recommend wearing appropriate shoes and clothes to avoid injury.
3. Follow the instructions step by step, and soon your trampoline will be ready to test.
4. Last checks: are the screws tight? Are the springs and net well attached? Is the trampoline stable?
5. Try it out!

Maximise protection from the spring cushion
It is essential that they are properly attached to the springs and the frame, as are great shock absorbers. The cushions are attached to the trampoline frame with elastic straps that must be tied to the springs. We advise you not to over-tighten them to ensure that the trampoline can move correctly.
The anchoring kit
This is essential to stabilise the trampoline during use and to keep it on the ground on windy days.
Tip: If your ground is a bit hard, and you can't get the sardines in, dig a small hole and pour water into it. The water will be absorbed, and the soil will receive the sardines more easily.
Beware, in case of very strong winds, the anchoring kit will not be enough. Ideally, you should dismantle the trampoline and store it under cover.
Maintenance advice:
Stop rust in its tracks!
Don't worry, the metal parts of your trampoline have been treated with an anti-rust protection. However, it is possible that after prolonged exposure, traces of rust may appear. Stop this from developing further with an at-home anti-rust treatment. This should be applied at the first sign of rust.
Protecting my trampoline
The trampoline should be kept as dry as possible. We advise you to cover it with a protective cover after each use. In winter, snow and low temperatures can damage the trampoline, so it is recommended to store it in a dry and sheltered place.
Disassembly is very simple, just follow the assembly instructions in reverse. Don't forget to inspect your trampoline regularly for wear and tear. The net should be changed after 5 years of use or as soon as it is damaged.
Troubleshooting tips for trampoline owners:
My trampoline broke in the wind
We strongly recommend using an anchoring kit. During the winter months, you should dismantle and store your trampoline away from the poor weather. This type of breakage is not covered by the warranty, but you can find replacement kits for sale on our website HERE.
My trampoline's protective spring cover has ripped
Your trampoline's spring cover may need to be replaced if it becomes damaged over time or by external factors.
