If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received anything :
- Check with your neighbours or caretaker.
- If the parcel cannot be found, you must dispute the delivery within 48 hours.
Contact us via the contact form. You will be asked to provide :
- A photocopy of both sides of your ID.
- A declaration on honour of non-receipt, including : Date, Order No., Number of disputed parcels, Sender's name (sweeek) and Signature.
