Unfortunately, our carriers don't offer upstairs delivery services.

Delivery by cherry picker
Delivery service via an external lift (cherry picker) is not included in our delivery options. Our carriers are not authorized to perform this service, even if they suggest it spontaneously.

Therefore, we are unable to arrange or cover the costs for this type of service. We invite you to:

• Accept kerbside delivery (at the truck).
• Organize, if you wish, a lift service independently through a specialized local provider.

Important Note: In the event that a cherry picker service is used, sweeek disclaims all liability for any potential damages.

In Case of Delivery Refusal
Should you choose to refuse delivery due to these access constraints, please be aware that, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, return/cancellation fees will be deducted from your refund once the products have been returned to our warehouse.
