Case 1 : Refusal due to damaged parcel
You refused the parcel because it was damaged (making the necessary reservations) : Contact our Customer Service immediately using the contact form.
Case 2 : Refusal due to withdrawal (change of mind)
You refused the parcel because you no longer want the product : The parcel will be returned to us. Upon receipt at the warehouse, we will proceed with the refund, with a deduction for return shipping costs (in accordance with our Terms and conditions).
