As a first step, we ask you to contact your neighbours, as one of them may have received your parcel. It may happen that the delivery person has not given you the message where where the parcel has been delivered.
If you cannot find your parcel anywhere, you can contact GLS directly here or via phone on +352 36 04 41. Or you can of course contact us via our contact form or on messenger. We will then contact the carrier to find out where the parcel has been delivered.
If the carrier indicates that the parcel has been delivered at your address, we will ask you to write and sign a form to declare that you have not received the parcel. We will need a photocopy of the identity card, front and back, of the recipient of the order.
Our customer service will provide you with this form and inform you about theabout the rest of the procedure.
