The estimated delivery period is indicated on the product page when you place your order. It is also indicated when you validate your order as in the confirmation e-mail.
GLS is an express carrier that works without appointment. (check FAQ: I am absent at the time of delivery, what now?)
In the case of a pre-order, the delivery period to be considered is the period indicated when the order is placed/indicated in the confirmation.
When the product is in stock, it is dispatched within 48 working hours from the date of validation of the order.
Please note that the order is validated when the payment is received. In case of payment via bank transfer the delivery period can change due to the delay of the payment.
After dispatch, the delivery time depends on the carrier:
GLS Parcel (under 30kg): Fast delivery between 2 and 4 working days
GLS Freight (over 30kg or big size): Between 7 and 10 working days
All deliveries will take place only from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00
GLS Parcel will usually send an e-mail with the expected delivery date, please also check your junk mail.
