Please check on the parcel tracking link if other parcels are still in transit. If this is the case, please be patient, the remaining parcels should arrive soon. ☺
Don't worry, for so-called "express" deliveries, some parcels may arrive faster than others.
The carrier is not aware of the number of parcels that make up your order. So, as soon as a parcel arrives at the sorting centre, it is automatically delivered the next morning.
If a parcel arrives at the centre later than the other parcels it will be delivered a day later.
Good to know: trampolines are delivered in 3 or even 4 parcels, it is possible that you will receive the parcels in different deliveries.
I have received all my parcels, but pieces are missing, what can I do?
First please check the complete content of the parcel.
Often the missing may be found elsewhere in de box; the screws may have slipped into the cracks of the sofa, two cushions are stuck together or a foot may be stuck at the bottom of the box ☺.
