Most of time we respect the estimated delivery times, unfortunately, in some cases there is a delay of a few days.
If you want to know more, go to your Alice's Garden account, select the order and click on "track parcel".
You can also find the tracking link in the dispatch email we sent you.
Once on the tracking page, click on the parcelnumber for more information.
